COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 2

OPERATIONAL STANDARDS

Prime Speed Sport Limited (hereafter referred to as “Prime Speed Sport”) has put in place these operational standards in order to safely operate during COVID-19 Alert Level 2. This plan focuses on customer and staff safety in line with Government guidelines. Prime Speed Sport will ensure these standards are strictly adhered to until such point official information advises otherwise.

 

Key points are outlined as below:

 

  • Prime Speed Sport will follow public health advice including washing and drying hands well before and after any contact with customer vehicles. We will encourage customers to do the same.

  • All surfaces that are frequently touched will be cleaned thoroughly and often. For example, desks, countertops, tools, electronics, and doorknobs. Customer vehicles will be sanitised before Prime Speed Sport carries out any work or operates the vehicle with either a detergent/water solution or isopropyl alcohol solution. This same sanitisation will also be carried out once a vehicle is complete and ready for customer collection.

  • Gloves will be worn by Prime Speed Sport personnel when touching any customer vehicle.

  • All gloves, wipes etc will be single use and disposed of after each use.

  • Customers will be asked, where possible, to pay any invoices via online bank transfer to reduce touch points with the aim of contactless operation.

  • We will apply physical distancing principles (2m) and also eliminate face-to-face contact with customers wherever possible. We will communicate via phone/text/email for customer enquiries and co-ordinate timing of customer visits to our business to ensure 1 customer only onsite at any one time. Please do not be offended as we keep our 2m distance during this time.

  • Customers will not be able to enter the showroom/office for vehicle/parts drop off/collection, instead we will work with each customer via communication methods mentioned in the point above, to ensure contactless operation.

  • Prime Speed Sport asks that any customers let us know if they are unwell with a cough, fever, or shortness of breath and we will reschedule work as needed.

  • We will be recording details of customers who visit our premises, in order to aid contact tracing if requested.
